Educational Opportunities Program (EOP): EOP provides a welcoming environment that supports the full development of the personal and academic potential of students who have traditionally been denied equal access to higher education, including first-generation students. Support includes academic and personal counseling and assistance locating financial resources.
TRIO Student Support Services (TRiO/SSS): TRIO Student Support Services provides opportunities for academic growth and development, assists students with basic college requirements and motivates students toward the successful completion of their post-secondary education. First-gen students are eligible to apply.
College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP): CAMP is a federally-funded program designed to support students from migrant and seasonal farm worker backgrounds during their first year in college.
The Academic Success Center: The Academic Success Center provides academic support services for all students, including academic coaching and supplemental instruction.
Student Leadership & Involvement: SLI supports clubs and student organizations, the Center for Civic Engagement and other programs aimed at increasing student involvement.
Cultural Resource Centers: The Asian & Pacific Cultural Center, Lonnie B. Harris Black Cultural Center, Centro Cultural César Chávez, Ettihad Cultural Center, Native American Longhouse Eena Haws, Pride Center and Women’s Center provide support services to on-campus and online students, as well as opportunities for all members of the OSU community to learn about different cultures and communities in a safe environment.
Human Services Resource Center (HSRC): The HSRC provides services including a food pantry, Textbook Lending Program and emergency housing assistance.
Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS): Counseling & Psychological Services provides tools to support positive mental health, including free counseling to students and the Mind Spa for mindfulness and relaxation.
Student Health Services: We care for OSU students, providing essential medical and mental health care, prevention programming, advocacy and wellness services tailored to their unique needs.
