Important Applications for All Students
ORSAA Application: This is an alternative to the FAFSA for undocumented Oregon students, including students who have DACA status or TPS. By filing the ORSAA, eligible undocumented and DACA students in Oregon can get help paying for college through grants, scholarships, and tuition reduction. RISE Act/Alternative Application: This Illinois act allows qualifying undocumented students and transgender students who are not otherwise eligible for federal financial aid to apply for Illinois Monetary Award Program (MAP) grants to attend eligible Illinois colleges, universities, and career education programs. https://studentportal.isac.org/en/alternativeapp
OSAC Scholarship Application: The Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion administers more than 600 scholarship programs, awarding more than $17 million in private scholarships annually to thousands of Oregon students. Awards range from $1,000 to $10,000+.
